Your use of Ease2book products or services, including without limitation our online business management software platform and related services designed for salons, spas, and other beauty businesses, are provided by Ease2book pursuant to those agreements you enter when you use those products and services.

1. About Ease2book
Ease2book is an online appointment booking platform that connects customers with salons, spas, and beauty service providers across India. We offer a seamless experience for users to discover, compare, and book appointments while enabling businesses to manage their services and grow their clientele.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Ease2book, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. User Accounts
A. Customers
You must register an account to book appointments.
You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
B. Business Owners
Business accounts must provide valid salon/spa details including service listings and operational details.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your services.
4. Appointment Booking & Cancellation
Bookings are confirmed once the service provider accepts the request.
You may cancel or reschedule according to the salon/spa’s cancellation policy, visible at the time of booking.
No-shows or late cancellations may lead to penalties, including restriction of future bookings.
5. Payments
Ease2book supports online payments (UPI, cards, wallets) and cash on delivery (COD) if allowed by the salon/spa.
Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. We do not store your payment credentials.
Ease2book may charge a convenience or platform fee which will be disclosed at checkout.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Disrupt or interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
Post false reviews or defamatory content.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
7. Business Responsibilities
If you are a service provider, you agree to:
Fulfill all confirmed bookings punctually.
Ensure service quality and hygiene standards.
Keep your business profile and availability updated.
Honor the prices and offers listed on your profile.
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your business account.
8. Reviews and Ratings
Users may post honest reviews based on their experience.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that is false, abusive, or violates our guidelines.
Ease2book is not responsible for user-generated reviews but may investigate complaints.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (logos, text, graphics, design, etc.) is the property of Ease2book or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse content without permission.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the services.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
